When booking your units, understand the taxes and service fees vary with each location, from 12.4% to 19.4% for most Telluride and Mountain Village vacation homes and condominiums.

Typically a 50% deposit is due upon booking and full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.  We will discuss the deposits with you in detail.

We will take your reservation information for your stay.  Your confirmations will be coming directly from the property or management company and all deposits will be received directly by them.
